Our LED Marquee Unit is great for creating the old LED marquee sighs. Perfect for Railroad Layouts, Models, Architectural Models and more.
You can adjust flash rate. You get 10 5mm LEDS, you must solder the number of leds you wish to use depending on the project you are making.
Simple place the Black Wire on the next open square pad, and that will reset to star over. So you can use from 1-10 leds.
